I knew what i was purchasing and got exactly that. My m3 watch broke and needed a replacement. This fit the bill and has more features. Blood pressure is off but i've figured out how off and i'm ok with that since i use it to keep an idea of where i am. All in all, worth it

It works quite well, reading the manual and paying attention to what you are doing is necessary. I'm not sure if it says it in the manual, but to open the certain sections like sleep, steps, measure heart rate, you have to hold down. It took me awhile to figure out, but for such a good price it works exceptionally
